Yo Yoga!!!

This time I picked yoga. After all it's a tried and tested method. But will it help us lose flab? A person who weighs 75kg and practices yoga is estimated to burn 96 calories every 20 minutes. With a little bit of patience, though, yoga can give you a gracefully sculpted body.
Ofcourse the lean and lisson figure of a yogi is a far cry from the
muscular frame of a body builder. It's quite like the difference in the thigh muscles of a sprinter and a marathon runner. This is the difference between the gym exercise and yoga asana. Yoga builds strength and fitness along with flexibility using one's own body, while gym exercises burn energy and build stamina using external resistance.
Calories in our body will burn slowly and surely but it's a much longer process and not recommended if you are short on patience.
